A Very MEAN Value Theorem

f'(c)=[f(b)-f(a)]/b-a

is the mean value theorem.

But what is the mean value theorem?

it is when the secent line is parallel to the

derivative of the function.

and example of when a function

fails the mean value theorem

although the function is continous it is not

differentiable at x=0
